National Cover the Uninsured Week

This week on “Noon Edition,” we’ll observe “National Cover the Uninsured Week.” In the first part of the program, we’ll talk with Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Secretary Mitch Roob about the Healthy Indiana plan. The 4-month-old program offers low-cost health insurance to a limited number of low-income Hoosiers. In the second half of the show, Dr. Rob Stone will join us in the studio to talk about the 47 million Americans going without health insurance, and what he thinks should be done to help them.
