Lifelong Learning: Options For Adults

As the 2011-2012 school year begins, we think of young people flooding  the halls of elementary, high schools and colleges around the country. But what of those alternative students who opt to take classes in their thirties, forties, and beyond?

In honor of Lifelong Learning Week, which begins September 12, this week on Noon Edition we sat down with a representative from IU-Bloomington Continuing Studies, the director of Ivy Tech's Center for Lifelong Learning, and the coordinator for Senior Programs at Purdue, to talk about options for adults who are looking for educational opportunities later in life.

Noon Edition airs Fridays at 12:06.
