This week on Noon Edition, WFIU’s “Ask the Mayor” took over Noon Edition for an hour-long “Ask the Mayor” extravaganza.
This week on Noon Edition, we discussed common myths surrounding flu outbreaks and ways to promote public health in South Central Indiana. Joining Herald Times Editor Bob Zaltsberg were Director of the Indiana University Health Center Dr. Diana Ebling, and Indiana University Associate Dean for Global and Community Health Lloyd Kolbe.
State Health Commissioner Dr. Judy Monroe and IU Professor in Applied Health Science Alice Lindeman talk about Indiana’s obesity epidemic.
Indiana University Dean of College of Arts and Sciences Bennett Bertenthal discussed the role of a liberal arts education in a quickly changing Indiana.
