Planned Parenthood will continue to receive state funds as the result of an appeals court ruling.

Indiana passed a law in 2011 that prevented facilities that provide abortions from receiving state funding. Last week, a U.S. appeals court ruled Indiana cannot withhold state funds from organizations like Planned Parenthood.

This week on Noon Edition, we’ll talk with legal and health experts about the impact of the ruling in Indiana and in other states.
