Affirmative Action Program Upheld In Supreme Court Decision

Supreme Court

Abigail Fisher, who is white, was not accepted into the school in 2008 and has since argued that she was discriminated against based on her race.

This week on Noon Edition we spoke to local experts about the case, and what it means for affirmative action programs in Indiana and around the country.
