WBEZ-Chicago, the NPR station that’s home to This American Life, broadcast a 20-minute excerpt from the Night Lights show It’s Jazz, Charlie Brown: the Vince Guaraldi Story today as part of its special, Holidays Unwrapped: Audio Gifts From WBEZ.

The program will air again on WBEZ at 9 a.m. CST Christmas morning. It begins with the Night Lights Guaraldi excerpt. You can find the original 59-minute Night Lights Guaraldi show here, or in our archives.

David Brent Johnson

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, David Brent Johnson moved to Bloomington in 1991. He is an alumnus of Indiana University, and began working with WFIU in 2002. Currently, David serves as jazz producer and systems coordinator at the station. His interests include literature, history, music, writing, and movies.
