The sample gates on IU's campus provide a frame for a snowy peak at the businesses on Kirkwood.
Forecasters from the National Weather Service are predicting another 3 to 6 inches of snow for central Indiana and 2 to 4 inches for southern Indiana by Tuesday evening. Accumulating snow is expected to begin 3 AM Tuesday morning with the heaviest snow falling between sunrise and early afternoon.
Roads may become slippery and reduce visibility to less than one half mile at times making travel difficult.
