A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 1 PM Friday for most of south central Indiana. The advisory will expire at 9 AM for far southern Indiana.
* MAIN IMPACT…slippery roads Thursday evening and Friday morning rush hours.
* OTHER IMPACTS…blowing snow will result in drifting and reduced visibilities.
* ACCUMULATIONS…2 to 3 inches across central Indiana…1 to 2 inches across the southern counties.
Plummeting temperatures this evening will allow wet roadways to freeze creating slick travel from tonight through Friday morning.
