Who’s in Charge of Terre Haute?

As recently as early last week, a single person – Duke Bennett – ran the city of Terre Haute. Now, following a ruling against him by the Indiana Court of Appeals, there are two men – Bennett and former mayor Kevin Burke – who say they should be mayor and a third man – John Wayne “Duke” Cunningham – who says he was wrongfully denied the right to run for the office in the 2007 general election.
