The Indiana Pacers first game will be against Orlando on November 15.

The NBA announced Monday night that the first two weeks of the regular season have been canceled. The cancellation is the latest result of a failure between the NBA and the players association to reach a new collective bargaining agreement.

The decision means all games scheduled to be played through November 14 are canceled. The Pacers were set to play seven games during the first two weeks and will now open the season November 15 at home against Orlando.

The NBA says refunds plus interest are available for all NBA season-ticket holders for all preseason and regular season games that are canceled. NBA commissioner David Stern did not announce a new deadline for cancellation of more games if an agreement is not reached.
