The Howard County Health Department says seven people have tested positive for tuberculosis after visiting a nail salon. Health officials say TB is not active in those patients and there is no cause for concern.

An employee at OP Nail and Spa Salon tested positive for the bacterial disease in February. Officials tested more than 530 people who visited the salon between late September and late February.
