Wells County saw the highest voter turnout at 72 percent. Scott County saw the lowest with 46 percent.
Judicial Watch alleges several counties in Indiana had voter registration lists with more than 100 percent of the voting population.
According to the Secretary of State’s office, that means a cost savings for towns like Ellettsville and Stinesville.
