A new center at the Transportation Security Administration aims to enroll passengers in a program that would expedite their security check.
Non-frequent flyers will be able to join the program for $85 for a five-year membership.
Passengers can pay $100 for five years or may be invited by the airline to participate in Custom's Border Crossing program.
