City officials held the last public input meeting for the switchyard park Tuesday.
The Switchyard Park, along the B-Line Trail, will not be funded at all through the Parks and Recreation budget for the coming year.
Other concepts for the park include a dog park, a splash pad, basketball courts, bocce ball courts, wooded walking trails, and community gardens.
Ideas for improving the Switchyard Park range from creating an open field to putting in a dog park or a small scale train.
The City of Bloomington has approved funding to develop a switchyard on the B-line trail to a park.
