The search for a new superintendent could result in a lawsuit against the Monroe County Community School Corp.
Plans for the future are already being put into place after the MCCSC referendum passed.
About 60-percent of Monroe County voters came out in support of the measure which allows the MCCSC School Board to increase property taxes to cover budget cuts.
