A special prosecutor has ruled Monroe County Auditor Sandy Newman was “grossly negligent” when she appropriated funds without approval bythe county council.
Monroe County Auditor Sandy Newmann has responded to complaints her office incorrectly allocated funds from tax districts within the city.
