The awarding of the Sachem was part of an event celebrating the life and accomplishments of Bill Cook at the IU Auditorium.
The event begins with a reception at 5:30 and the ceremony starting at 6:30.
Condolences are delivered by Daniels, Coats, McRobbie, and others.
