City officials said they have extended the deadline for Occupy protestors to vacate the park to Friday at noon.
Occupy Bloomington demonstrators remained in People's park 89 days, sleeping in tents and protesting corporate greed among other issues.
The city turned off the electricity to People's Park on Wednesday morning because it says the outlets were becoming a safety hazard.
Occupy protestors in Bloomington have been camping in People's Park for two weeks. They have expanded their camp and plan to keep expanding their reach.
