The state has now paid out a total of about $11 million. Civil lawsuits will go to court starting in 2014 and could net the victims more money.
The payments are on top of $5 million given out by the state.
64 of the 65 claimants who were offered settlements from the state fair disaster have accepted those offers.
Howard County officials say a 10.4 million dollar check from Chrysler will help the city pay debt.
