Renovations to the Monroe County Courthouse, which were largely structural, have been completed.
Starting today, the public must request a file at least 24 hours in advance before viewing it.
Renovations to the Monroe County Courthouse includes new energy efficient heating and lighting systems.
Everything at the courthouse is being removed… people, bookshelves, and even small American flags. The last renovation to the Courthouse was in the mid 80s.
