Water levels in Indiana lakes and reservoirs are still low despite increased rainfall.
In 2011 more than three times the average yearly total of tornadoes hit Indiana.
The most powerful was an EF-3 that touched down near Bedford.
Weather watchers with the National Weather Service say the predicted 5-8 inches of snowfall has not materialized, instead leaving just 1-3 inches in most areas.
