The Monroe County Prosecutor‘s office has filed charges against a boater allegedly involved in a fatal collision on Lake Monroe June 28th.
The drowning victim at Lake Monroe has been identified as five-year-old Zack Colvin of Bedford. His aunt lost sight of him Monday while he was swimming.
