David R. Bostic entered a guilty plea Monday to the sexual exploitation of several Monroe County children between the ages of 2 months and 4 years.
A committee tasked with addressing the consolidation of Howard County and Kokomo government has endorsed a proposal set down by Kokomo's mayor.
The arrests were made at the Garden Square apartment complex. Those arrested face charges ranging from dealing cocaine and marijuana to neglect of a dependent.
One man was arrested for running a cocaine operation out of his car was business. Police hope the arrests will have a positive impact on the Kokomo drug market.
