The changes aim to prevent another event like last year’s State Fair stage collapse.

The Indiana legislature decided to delay passing final regulations on outdoor stage equipment inspections they receive the results of a study committee.
State Fair Spokesman Andy Klotz said policies and procedures are also under scrutiny.
Each of the district's buses passed their annual state inspection this year without a single bus receiving an out of service sticker.
