The Honda Plant will now be producing vehicles at full capacity. The move is the final step for Honda in establishing itself as a major Indiana employer.
The new workers will build a version of the Honda Civic which runs on natural gas.
The Clean Cities program works with both private and public groups to help them find the best solution for their situation.
The Greensburg Honda plant has plans to add 1,000 jobs before the end of the year.
