The band has scheduled an event for May 16 in Louisville, Kentucky for Henryville High School juniors and seniors.
Notebooks and paper will come in handy when Henryville elementary, junior high, and high school students finally go back to class in early April.
Several members of the church will leave Thursday for Henryville, also making stops at rural homes.
Snow covered several towns in Southern Indiana that were hit by tornadoes in storms that swept through the state, killing 39 people in five states.
