Two portions of the gaming bill allowed live table games at racetrack casinos and permitted the state’s riverboats to move their facilities inland.
The bill adds mobile gaming devices to off-track betting sites, eliminates taxes on free-play coupons and allows live-dealer games in racetrack casinos.
