A rise in state funding has allowed many districts around the state to offer full-day kindergarten classes at all of their schools.
MCCSC could get as much as $665 dollars for each of its 550 expected kindergarten students. The corporation won't know until October how much money it will get.
Because BCSC already offers full-day kindergarten for a fee, it is prepared for legislation calling for full-day kindergarten across the state.
