An Indiana University law professor says a nearly 90-year old law could be used to prosecute people associated with WikiLeaks.
Three of the five candidates have been interviewed, but search committee chair Fred Cate will not confirm the specific leaked names.
25 candidates have been nominated and the list will be narrowed to as few as two candidates within the next week.
