Mitch Daniels has named Mike Alley the Department of Revenue Commissioner.
The Indiana Budget Committee is meeting Friday to discuss the Department of Revenue's programming error.
The state Department of Revenue found out about a programming error earlier this month, giving millions back to counties this year.
The Indiana Department of Revenue's error caused more than $200 million to be withheld from counties across the state.
