County Clerk Linda Robbins says around 4,000 Monroe County residents participated in early voting this year.
When pressed about her new Deputy's qualifications though, Robbins was unable to recall specific jobs Browne has held in the county.
Early absentee voting began today in Monroe County.
The option would reduce the total number of precincts open on Election Day.
