According to the Attorney General’s office, the class-action lawsuit filed by firm Cohen and Malad on behalf of the stage collapse victims should be dismissed.
Attorney Kenneth Allen said a class action suit on behalf of any person injured physically or emotionally should not apply and would only "muddy the water."
