After a naturalization ceremony in Indianapolis the immigrants in attendance look forward to enjoying the benefits of being legal citizens of the United States.
Of the dozen or so attendees at the public hearing Tuesday, almost all worked for the Department of Revenue. Only one person got up to speak.
Mississippi is the only other state to have fewer in-home care recipients.
