Indiana's Attorney General is opposing a congressional bill that would allow robo-calls to cell phones.
Because of their variety, the new bills impact virtually everyone in some way.
Indiana currently has over 100,000 cell numbers on the list.
The legislation originally banned only texting while driving.
Legislators are considering two bills this session that would place restrictions on texting while driving.
