An esteemed Tibetan leader returns home to Bloomington's Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center to promote his new book.
WTIU's Emily Loftis reports from the Tibetan Mongolian Cultural Center in Bloomington on sacred texts donated to the center by the Dalai Lama.
The Dalai Lama made plans to return in Bloomington in 2009 after his successful visit and lecture at Assembly Hall on Saturday.
The $1.7 million debt inherited from the center's previous management was alleviated by a group of the Dalai Lama's supporters.
