Indiana added 6,800 private sector jobs in April, according to the monthly unemployment report.
Home sales were up in April and realtors say houses are remaining on the market for shorter periods of time.
This is the tenth wettest April in Indianapolis history, and the city is less than two inches away from attaining the record of 8.6 inches set in 1893.
