The state of Indiana has agreed to pay the full $5 million to the State Fair stage collapse victims who filed a class action law suit.
According to the Attorney General’s office, the class-action lawsuit filed by firm Cohen and Malad on behalf of the stage collapse victims should be dismissed.
County budget passes and headed to state for final review and approval.
