More than 8,500 students have signed up to participate in Indiana’s school voucher program this year.
This year's freshman class is at an all time high of 2,668 students. Its total enrollment is the highest it has been in 20 years.

Tuition for in state undergraduate students at the Bloomington campus is going up 3.5-percent, and 2.5-percent at all other campuses.
IU is starting classes a week earlier in 2012 than in previous years but is also creating a fall break and extended Thanksgiving break.
