Judge David now becomes Indiana's 106th Supreme Court Justice.
Indiana’s newest Supreme Court Justice was sworn in earlier today at a ceremony in the Statehouse. The Honorable Steven H. David was selected in late July to replace the retiring Justice Theodore Boehm. David has served with the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp and as a Circuit Court Judge on the bench in Boone County.
David was appointed by Governor Daniels over thirty four other applicants submitted to the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission. Judge Davids is now Indiana’s 100-and 6th Supreme Court Justice.
