Many men had more than one illegal substance in their system.

A report from a Washington D.C.-based group indicates two out of every three adult men arrested in Indianapolis tested positive for illegal drugs last year.

The 2011 Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring Annual Report says 21 percent of the male arrestees tested positive for two or more drugs at the time of their arrest. Nearly half tested positive for marijuana.

The report did note a drop in cocaine use, however. The portion of arrestees with cocaine in their system declined from 31 percent in 2007 to 20 percent in 2011.

Prohibition causes 100% of the violence surrounding marijuana, with the
help of the ones paid to protect and serve us. They say they’re just
trying to keep us safe but fight tooth and nail to keep this war on
American citizens going, killing us and our pets and stealing our
property over a plant that can’t hurt you. http://www.leap.cc When will we put an end to this terrorism?
