Applications to public colleges are up once again this year at Indiana’s two largest university systems, but that means both schools will need to make policy changes to deal with the increasing numbers, As WFIU’s Regan McCarthy reports, Indiana University and Ivy Tech are struggling to avoid what looks to be an inevitable student overload.
