Teams created boats out of cardboard and ducktape and were judged on speed and creativity

The 11th annual cardboard boat regatta took place on Friday, September 30 at the Indiana University outdoor pool in Bloomington. Teams were allowed to use cardboard and duck tape to build a boat that would maneuver the length of the pool. The top three fastest boats all received trophies as well as the top three most creative. The event brings the campus and the community members together to raise money that goes towards scholarships.
