Risk For Severe Thunderstorms Tonight

A thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 10 p.m. for central and southern Indiana.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service are predicting a slight risk of severe thunderstorms today as a cold front approaches central Indiana.

A thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 10 p.m. for central and southern Indiana.

The main threats with these storms are damaging wind gusts to 70 mph, large hail 1.5 inches in diameter along with heavy rainfall and lightning.

High temperatures today were expected to be in the low to middle 80s.
