A small Pentecostal Church in rural Greene County held a three-day revival recently to attract new followers to its congregation, in hopes they’ll follow the church to a new location planned across town. The existing congregation turned out to sing, pray, speak in tongues and hear the fiery sermons of an out-of-town preacher. In the first part of a two part series, WFIU’s Daniel Robison chronicles the pastor’s preparation to revive his flock and maybe, add to it.
