Ninth District Congressman Baron Hill says he will only vote for health care reform legislation if it significantly restructures the current system. But as WFIU’s Daniel Robison reports, the Congressman has been finding that his personal wish for a health care overhaul runs counter to the feelings of many of his constituents, even though, he says, much of what they say to him is either misleading or false.
