Rain To Change Over To Snow Tonight

A freeze watch is in effect for southern Indiana for Tuesday night and Wednesday morning as temperatures fall to 25 degrees.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service say a cold front will move through central Indiana this morning bringing a slight chance for thunderstorms and 40 mph wind gusts.

Temperatures will plummet to the 40s this afternoon causing rain to change over to snow tonight as lows fall to the freezing mark. Forecasters expect only a light accumulation of snow.

Even colder temperatures arrive Tuesday night. A freeze watch is in effect for southern Indiana Tuesday night and Wednesday morning with overnight lows falling to 25 degrees.
