The upcoming vacancy on the Indiana Supreme Court has drawn the interest of 22 Indiana judges and attorneys.The State Judicial Nominating Commission released the list of people interesting in replacing Justice Frank Sulilvan, Jr. when he retires this summer.
The list of applicants includes 10 Indianapolis attorneys and one attorney each from Monticello, Noblesvile, and Granger. Sitting judges interested in the job include two from the Indiana Court of Appeals, and one each from Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Henry, Johnson, Lake, and Tippecanoe Counties.
