Lauren Spierer went missing June 3 in Bloomington, Ind.
Bloomington Police are asking Louisiana authorities about a missing college student case in their juristiction.
Officials say the case of Michaela Schunick is similar to the Lauren Spierer case. Schunick, a student at the University of Louisiana, was last seen May 21.
Witnesses say the girl left a home in a popular college neighborhood around 2 a.m. and has not been seen since. She is described as a petite blonde with blue eyes, also very similar to Spierer.
