Indiana State Police say they feel confident they have the correct suspect in custody.
Prosecutors say blood-splattered clothing and the same type of gun used to kill five people in Franklin County were found in the home of the person of interest in the crime.
Indiana State Police Spokesman Jerry Goodin said authorities arrested David Ison, 46, early Wednesday morning. The arrest stems from an attempted robbery at Tripletts drug store in Osgood on May 9th.
Ison appeared in Ripley County court this afternoon for an initial hearing on an attempted robbery charge. Ison‘s bail was set at $5 million.
