President Obama has cancelled his trip to Indianapolis Friday.
President Obama will not be traveling to Indianapolis Friday due to budget negotiations. He planned to talk about rising gas prices and the country’s reliance on foreign oil at the Allison Transmission Plant.
Allison is the world’s largest manufacturer of fully-automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles and tactical military vehicles. Company officials announced plans last June for a new hybrid facility.
